Naturally Lowers Blood Pressure
In pooled clinical trials, pomegranate juice lowered both the top and bottom blood-pressure numbers, often within a couple of months.
See the proofTart, ruby-red juice pressed from whole organic pomegranates, seeds and all. 100% juice, single-origin from Adana, Türkiye, with no added sugar and no preservatives. Pressing the whole fruit is what makes it one of the most antioxidant-rich drinks you can pour — in lab tests, pomegranate juice measured about three times the antioxidant power of green tea or red wine. Bright over ice, or splashed into sparkling water, dressings and marinades. A daily glass your heart will thank you for.

A 250ml glass a day, chilled and straight from the bottle, no mixing needed. It's also lovely over ice with sparkling water, or stirred into dressings, marinades and mocktails. Shake well before pouring.
Tart and deep, with a sweet edge that comes from the fruit's own sugars, never added ones. The faint dry grip you notice is the tannins from pressing the whole fruit, the same thing that carries the antioxidants. It's cloudy and unfiltered, so give it a shake.
Keep it refrigerated and drink within a few days of opening. Shake before each pour, as the natural pulp settles. Because it's 100% juice with no added sugar or preservatives, it won't keep like a sugary bottled drink once opened. That's the point.

The deep ruby-red pigments that give the juice its colour, and natural antioxidants too.
A polyphenol your body gradually draws out of the juice as it's digested, little by little.

Antioxidant activity, measured four ways in the lab (Gil et al., 2000). Pressing the whole fruit, rind and seeds, is what pushes it highest.
We were curious too, so we didn't just take the claim at face value. In the lab, pomegranate juice was tested four different ways against a cup of green tea — and each time it came out about three times higher in antioxidants. The secret is punicalagins, powerful polyphenols locked in the rind and seeds. Press the whole fruit, the way we do, and you capture them. It's why the juice runs so deep red, and does so much good.

Pick up most bottled “pomegranate” drinks and read the small print: concentrate, water, often a little added sugar. Ours reads differently. It's 100% juice, pressed from whole organic pomegranates — seeds and all — with nothing added and nothing taken away. That's why it's tart, deep and a touch cloudy, and why it lives in the fridge rather than on a shelf for a year. Real fruit, in a bottle. That's the whole story.
Added table sugar shows up in a lab as sucrose. Ours reads “not detected” — the sweetness is all the fruit's. Tested by SGS, Malaysia.
It's a fair worry, so here's the honest truth: pomegranate is a sweet fruit, and a glass carries real sugar. But there's a world of difference between sugar a fruit grew and sugar a factory stirred in. So we sent ours to the lab and asked the plain question. It came back with only the fruit's own fructose and glucose — and no sucrose at all, the fingerprint of added table sugar. Every sweet note you taste, the pomegranate made itself.
Less than the sweetness might suggest. The same polyphenols that make pomegranate special also slow the enzymes that turn food into blood sugar — in one study, a meal's spike was about a third gentler when pomegranate came along for the ride. It's still juice, though, not water. If you're keeping an eye on your blood sugar, enjoy a small glass with a meal, and have a word with your doctor.
Pressed at full strength, rind and seeds and all — never watered down from concentrate.
More than you'd think for something this small. It takes roughly four to five whole pomegranates, pressed at full strength, to fill a single 250ml bottle — no water added later to stretch it, no concentrate rebuilt back into juice. That's a lot of fruit for one bottle, and it's exactly why a daily glass does what it does.
Think of it as a small daily ritual, not a big glass to gulp. A 250ml glass a day is generous; if you'd rather keep the sugar light, half a glass with a meal is plenty. The good comes from the habit, not the quantity. Cold and straight is lovely, but it's just as happy over ice with sparkling water, or stirred into a dressing.

Yes to all three — and we'd rather show you than tell you. It's halal-certified and organic from grove to bottle, then independently tested by SGS here in Malaysia, batch after batch, for purity, safety and any hidden sugar. Nothing to hide, everything on record. Here's exactly how the last batch measured up.
For most of us, it's simply a healthy daily food. But pomegranate is powerful, and that cuts both ways — it can nudge how a few medicines work, namely blood thinners like warfarin, some cholesterol statins, and blood-pressure tablets. If any of those are part of your day, or you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have a quick chat with your doctor first. Good food works alongside your doctor's care, never instead of it.
That little pucker — the dry grip at the sides of your tongue — is the first thing most people notice, and it's a good sign. It comes from tannins, drawn out when the whole fruit is pressed, rind and seeds included. They're the very compounds behind the deep colour and the antioxidants. Sweeter, silkier “pomegranate” drinks have usually been watered down or sugared. Ours tastes like the real fruit, because that's all it is.
No — it's food, plain and simple, and it won't cure or treat a thing. But long before pills, people looked after themselves through what they ate, and pomegranate has earned its place as one of the most-studied fruit juices there is. Treat it as a good daily habit, part of a good diet — and keep following your doctor for anything that needs a doctor.
Take theirs.
