Refunds are only applicable for: Defective or damaged products upon arrival Incorrect items received Items that are unused and in original packaging Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
